Because each piece is hand-made to order, lead times may vary. If your item is not in stock, you will be notified within 24 hours of your purchase via email. If not in stock, please allow 4-5 weeks for the delivery of your order. qualities & care
Every piece of Marmol Radziner Jewelry is carefully handcrafted, with irregularities reflecting the process and uniqueness of each ring and bracelet. Please note that each piece has a living finish, which will continuously evolve in response to the wearer. No two finishes will ever start or stay the same. Over time, the darker finishes will lighten and the natural finish will darken.
Different body chemistries will have different reactions to the metal and each piece will age uniquely. Bronze is known to occasionally turn skin a greenish color. This is not dangerous and can happen when the copper compounds in bronze react with sweat. This can happen because bronze is produced by alloying tin and copper. Copper compounds are green and sweat contains salts and moisture which can react with the copper.
To slow changes in patina of your jewelry, avoid moisture and soap. To clean and shine your Marmol Radziner Jewelry, Natural finishes should be gently brushed with Scotch-brite. Dark, Distressed, and Torched finishes should be buffed with soft cloth.
sizing
Marmol Radziner rings are available in whole and half sizes 5-12. For accurate sizing, please refer to our printable Ring Sizing Guide or reusable and recyclable ring sizers are available upon request.
Our women’s bracelets are available in sizes extra small, small, and medium and our men’s bracelets are available in sizes small, medium and large. To determine cuff size, measure the circumference of your wrist with a piece of string or flexible measuring tape. Choose a size closest to your measurements.

shipping rates
Our standard shipping is through USPS Priority 2 or 3 Day and determined by the price of your order. For orders up to $250, shipping is $10; for orders between $250 and $500, shipping is $15.00; and for orders $500 and up, shipping is $20.00. Wood shop items are shipped UPS Ground.
International shipping via USPS Registered Priority Mail is available at a flat rate of $35 to Mexico or Canada and $45 to all other countries. Shipping time is 6 - 10 business days. If you require expedited shipping or have specific shipping needs or requests, please be in touch with us directly at marketing@marmol-radziner.com.
sales tax
Orders with shipping address within California will be charged a Sales Tax of 9.0% in addition to shipping charges. Orders with shipping addresses outside of California will only incur shipping charges.
return policy
At Marmol Radziner Jewelry, we want you to love your order. If you are not completely satisfied with your selection, please email marketing@marmol-radziner.com for a Return Authorization. We are happy to offer an exchange or a credit towards a future purchase within 30 days of receipt. A credit or an exchange for the purchase price of the returned item will be issued if the item is in its original condition and the original invoice is included with the return. If the original invoice is not available, please include the following information with the returned item: order number, billing name, and billing address.
If you received the wrong item or if the item is defective, we will reimburse you for the cost of shipping the item back to us. Please include your invoice with the return, and note the order error or specific defects.
Packages should be shipped through a traceable method. Please be sure to keep your tracking number. Please specify whether you would like an exchange or a credit and ship your returns to:
